the location was good. i found friendly service (which i always appreciate). the breakfast offered a nice variety.

the air conditioning did not work properly. i was offered a small fan after i complained. the reception staff was not helpful in solving this issue.

the room has a really beautiful view. the decoration is great and the furnishing is lovely. westfield mall is only 5 mins away by foot. the staff was nice and cleaning was great.
