I found the staff super friendly and helpful . they quickly accommodated my request for a room on a higher floor. the hotel's central location proved a great base for exploring. Everything was very accessible to me.

the limited air conditioning settings made it hard for me to adjust the room's temperature. there was no option to cool it to a specific degree. this made staying in the room less comfortable than i expected.

the hotel bar had amazing signature drinks and finger foods. they also have an all-night rooftop lounge with drinks, which i found convenient. while i did not have breakfast at the hotel, i noticed a variety of options available.

Check-in occurred efficiently. I received a voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar in exchange for opting out of daily room cleaning. The room featured a Marshall speaker and amplifier, a unique touch. The bed was comfortable and the room had stylish decor.

The hotel entrance isn't obvious from the street because it's inside a shopping complex. Directions provided didn't guide me to the correct spot. I found locating the hotel a bit confusing.
