I really enjoyed the lakeside access. the bike path was right at the edge of the grounds, so convenient! the super nice team. They made everything easy. the restaurant was great, too. the spa facilities were AMAZING!!!

the location near the lake was convenient. our room faced the lake. i appreciated the electric bikes for rent for exploring the lake area. the distance to annecy was a short drive.

the grounds needed work. i saw many weeds that detracted from the hotel's appearance. the toiletries in the room were disposable items that seemed partially used. the service was slow in the lounge.

The room was spacious. The decor was also nice. The bed was very comfortable. I found a pathway at the rear of the hotel and walked alongside the lake.

The ground keeping needed work. I saw weeds everywhere, and , made the place look messy.
