Seamless Stay Near the Airport

free shuttle soundproof room easy access

The free airport shuttle ran frequently. It made my early morning departure easy. My room included soundproofing, so I did not hear any outside noise. The tram stop to the city center was very close. Access to Geneva was quick.

I noticed that the vending machine prices in the lobby felt a bit high.

shuttle bus service excellent shuttle helpful staff missing pillows square backrests unhelpful receptionist

The shuttle bus service was excellent! I didn't have to wait long before it arrived. The shuttle bus was also punctual in returning me to the airport for my next flight. The staff were so helpful. They solved my queries.

The promotional photos showed both a separate backrest and pillows, but my room had only square backrests and no pillows at all. The receptionist told me there were no additional pillows. She insisted the backrest itself was meant to be the pillow. I found that a bit strange.
