A mixed experience at this hotel
limited selection carpet stains
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I constantly heard noise from the hallway. the breakfast was underwhelming. The selection was limited and not replenished quickly enough. There were often long queues for the coffee machine in the mornings. I also noticed some stains on the carpet in my room. Cleanliness was not optimal.

Decent stay with minor issues
poor cleanliness dirty dishes
The cleanliness in the room was not great. I noticed dust accumulating on my socks because the floor wasn't properly mopped. the breakfast wasn't very diverse and the dishes didn't seem clean. There were food residues on them, as if the dishwasher wasn't doing its job properly. The tray, a plastic one, was in a state of disrepair.

central stay
good size early check-in great location really good value
the room had a good size and allowed for comfortable movement i checked in early because my room was ready it was a very appreciable advantage after a long trip the location is great with easy access to public transport the value for money was really good
a spotlight in the entrance area blinked constantly i found this quite distracting when trying to sleep at night the air conditioning also did not work as well

a good stay, charming and convenient
clean hotel free pass easy access
The hotel was so clean. i loved the free public transport pass. It was a great savings. the bus stop near the hotel provided easy access. it added so much ease!
the in-room hairdryer was not very strong. i wish i had brought my own.

the hotel features an advantageous position. it is close to the congress center. it is well connected to public transport. bus line 8 stops nearby, going from the un to downtown.

the staff is very kind and helpful! there is a restaurant open for many hours. the staff provided prompt resolution when i had trouble accessing the city travel pass.

adequate stay, some issues noted
small room limited breakfast
the room i received was quite small. it barely accommodated my luggage. the cleaning service only came once during my four-night stay, that was disappointing. also, the breakfast selection was limited, and cutlery was often missing. it reminded me of a struggle to find a clean fork.

helpful direction clean room several choices
the staff gave very helpful direction advice in the city. the room seemed very clean too. the breakfast had several choices.
the hotel was very unresponsive when i contacted them before arriving.
