i really enjoyed my time there. all the staff were so friendly and helpful, i felt very welcomed! the food was amazing!!! the entertainment team also shone, especially with the lively performances each evening. i had quick check-in and received my wristband, allowing immediate access to the bar.

the lifts are quite small, barely fitting two people. it created a claustrophobic feel. one morning, all lifts were out of order. we had to use the stairs from the fourth floor, a bit scary.

i found the room spacious, benefiting from daily tidying by the staff. the bar upstairs features paul, a skilled barman. his humour and attentiveness really elevated the experience. the hotel's location offers convenient access to nearby amenities. the support the staff gave my autistic child was really good. they were helpful and understanding throughout our stay.

The parking situation proved a bit tight. Maneuvering required extra caution.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the double room was super clean and spacious. we booked the all-inclusive option.. it proved to be a worthwhile choice, offering good value. the evening entertainment each night was great, particularly the saturday show.

the window in our sea view room did not open. this caused the room to become quite warm at times. carpets at the entrance and dining room need replacement.

Room 214 was a great size. the room was super clean. It was cleaned every day. the food was great and the restaurant staff couldn't do enough. they made sure i had everything i needed.

i could hear the entertainment from my room at night. it wouldn't be good if you have children with you!

unsafe car parkdistinct smell

the parking situation was disappointing i ended up parking on the streets because the car park seemed unsafe it was cramped and full of litter glass was everywhere i felt my car was more secure on the street the room also had a distinct smell it felt very outdated i found some stains on the carpets and the walls were thick with dust
