mixed experience at this hotel

disruptive noise outdated room

The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient.

I was in a room where noise from nearby establishments was quite disruptive. It kept me awake for a good portion of the night. there were noticeable stains on the carpet, giving an impression of neglect. The room felt quite outdated and in need of a refresh.

The staff members were friendly, that was appreciated.

The room looked quite old and the shower had issues. Its grouting definitely needed replacement. This impacted the overall feel of the room and the bathroom. I found these issues disappointing considering the hotel's rating. I hoped for better attention to detail.

The room was ready early. The staff allowed me to check in around 1 pm, GREAT. The room included toiletries. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

I noticed the lack of drawers in the room. The room could benefit from more storage.

poor tapas twisted toilet seat

the breakfast was good. it had a lot of options, and i did eat quite a bit.

our evening meals were not good, the tapas were very poor. our room had no drawers for underwear. the toilet seat was twisted and moved when you sat on it, it was uncomfortable.

the location was really convenient. the staff used the express check-in online.. i had my room key fast. i enjoyed the fresh breakfast one morning and found it good value for the money.
