Excellent Stay Near Piccadilly
excellent location quiet room helpful staff
The location is great, very close to Piccadilly Station but off the main street, so it's quiet. Two free bus lines just outside Piccadilly Station allow easy access to the city center. The hotel is within walking distance to many places including the canals and Ancoats. Lanie and Olga at reception were very good and relocated us to a quiet room even though the hotel was full (I really appreciated this!).
The check-in queue was quite long when I arrived in the late afternoon.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. Water and vitamin water dispensers are available by reception for guest refreshment. The stylish decor in the lobby area offers a cute atmosphere.

Staff members are friendly and helpful. Reception staff responded quickly to requests. Staff provided assistance with directions and information about local attractions (their recommendations were spot on!).

The room was new and stylish. The bathroom was a good size and included a walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable, which ensured a good night's sleep after a long day.

prime location easy access friendly staff room safe
location was prime. easy access to transportation. i found the staff friendly. the room included water and a snack. the room safe worked well for laptop storage.

breakfast had good choices. staff worked to refill items straight away. they happily made some changes. main meal picking was easy.

convenient location fresh milk good pressure shower
The location is very convenient, close to the train station. my room had fresh milk in the fridge. This was a nice touch. the shower had good water pressure.
