the front desk staff quickly arranged a taxi when we were running late to the concert. we were actually surprised to receive a call in our room to let us know the taxi had arrived. i appreciate the staff's quick thinking and helpfulness, it saved us from missing the start of the show.

the parking was very convenient, available at a reasonable rate. my room was tidy and perfect for my short stay. the staff were friendly (i had a nice chat with one of them!), and i slept soundly in a comfy bed.

the television remote had a slight stickiness.
