decent stay, but some letdowns

mold cleaning issue

the breakfast was acceptable (just ok really).

I found a dog bill of £22 on arrival. I think that is a joke. there was mold around the sink in my room. the room was clearly not thoroughly cleaned.

modern room clean hotel

the breakfast had a good variety of options (i especially liked the cereals and yogurts). the room had a decent sized tv, maybe 50 inches. i found a smeg fridge and kettle too. everything felt very modern and clean in the room.

The temperature control had limited settings. I could only lower the temperature to 16 degrees.

helpful staff comfortable seating tasteful decor

the breakfast buffet provided a satisfying start to each day i found the staff consistently helpful and approachable the room included a comfortable seating area that i used to unwind after work. the spaciousness really allowed for relaxation. i also appreciated the new, tasteful decor in the rooms.

the parking involved a walk across to a multi-story car park this proved slightly inconvenient with luggage it meant planning extra time when leaving each day.

this place is easily accessible and close to local amenities access to shops and restaurants nearby is a plus for those without a car the central location makes getting around easy.

breakfast offered a decent variety of options including hot and cold choices the buffet style meant minimal waiting time there were waffle makers available though i did not use them .

the staff were consistently responsive to requests they provided quick solutions to minor issues the team were proactive in offering assistance with directions and local information overall service was effective.

my room was noticeably clean and well maintained the bed was comfortable and offered good support the shower worked well with strong water pressure the temperature control system functioned effectively.
