Its location is ideal, being a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and the Arndale shopping centre, making it easy to explore the city; however, some guests have mentioned issues with the lift being out of service. slow servicetired food
the breakfast was a real letdown. the food seemed like it had been sitting out for ages, it looked tired. the service was slow. it took ages to get a simple pot of tea and even longer for the toast. the staff just didn't seem to know what they were doing and the food quality suffered as a result. i expected better considering the cost.
