the room was modern and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful, this. the buffet breakfast had many options for everyone! there was also a tram stop close to the building, this made getting around easier.
I found a few issues i want to point out. the hotel didn't have kettles or drink facilities in the rooms, i didn't like this! the tea area was roped off. I had to ask if i was allowed to use it.

simple tram network accessmissing kettleunwelcoming staff
The tram network access was surprisingly simple. I walked to the stop easily, even with my bad back.
The in-room amenities left much to be desired. I was expecting a kettle. I was out of luck. The coffee downstairs was fine, but getting it in my pajamas felt more than a little awkward. Staff watched me and they didn't seem cute.

broken tvloud air conditioning
i found a couple things not so great. the tv in the standard twin room didn't work properly. also, the noise from what i think was the air conditioning was really loud, it did make it hard for sleep come easy.
