“The hotel aims for both family stays and wedding celebrations, a combination that presents some operational challenges, according to reports. Its spa and wellness area, along with proximity to Aintree and Haydock Racecourses, are definite assets. I noted recurring concerns about room maintenance and inconsistent service, which potential guests should consider.”

the breakfast selection was AMAZING. staff in the breakfast room were very helpful, a real asset to the team. Blackout curtains made the room DARK, a great help for sleeping.
the summer duvet felt a LITTLE thin, I would have preferred something heavier.
