sink blockage stained carpets

the location was central to many places i wanted to visit.

I had problems with the sink. it was blocked and drained very slowly. the cleanliness of the carpets in the corridors was not up to standard. They were dirty and stained. twice.

check-in was quick and easy. the room was large, offering everything i needed, including a view. a weatherspoons is directly across the road, very convenient. i found the location ideal, close to everything.

the air conditioning wasn't working properly and only fans were provided.

Really good City Center Stay!

friendly staff early check-in

The staff were genuinely friendly. They quickly assisted with an early check-in request. The provided room was spacious and had very comfortable beds with cloud pillows. The location is perfect for accessing the train station.

The thermostat in my room did not work and I felt quite cold. The duvet felt very thin, and there were no extra blankets available. I tried to call reception, but I did not receive a response.

A Wetherspoons is opposite the accommodation. It is great for cheap breakfasts. I found this very convenient for getting a quick meal each morning. The food was AMAZING!!!

The location was excellent, close to James Street train station. The room I stayed in was much bigger than expected. It featured two double beds and plenty of towels. an iron and ironing board.

The toilet pressure was quite low. I also noticed the absence of a toilet brush.

The room was a nice size, perfect for my needs. the bed had super comfy pillows. I slept soundly. cleanliness was definitely a highlight .
