The Waterloo Hotel offers hotel rooms and lodge rooms. Hotel rooms, located in the main building, include Freeview TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, bookable EV charging, and tea/coffee facilities. Lodge rooms, situated in the hotel grounds, provide parking directly in front of the room. Standard Lodge Rooms suit short stays and business trips, with Freeview TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, bookable EV charging, and tea/coffee facilities. Superior Lodge Rooms are roomy, with french doors opening onto a seating area. Family Lodge Suites feature an L-shaped TV area, bean bags, a master bedroom with ensuite, a kids' room with bunk beds, and a dog bed-room. Accessible Superior Lodge Rooms have bathrooms adapted for wheelchair access with open shower areas. Deluxe Double Lodge Rooms and Deluxe Twin Lodge Rooms are newly refurbished with walk-in showers and seating areas with french doors opening on your own patio. Superior Lodge Rooms include a seating area and patio doors leading onto a private terrace with patio furniture.

Dining at Waterloo

Bar1815 serves lunches and evening meals from midday until late, in a cozy indoor bar area or alfresco dining area, and offers a dog-friendly spaces. The Bridge Restaurant serves Welsh cuisine for evening meals on Friday and Saturday, plus a Sunday carvery from 12 PM to 3 PM. Bar1815 also is a venue for lunch and outdoor dining from 12 PM to 2.30 PM. A dog menu is available at Bar1815.
