the hotel offered on-site parking and i got a spot early. the breakfast included a nice selection of food and was plentiful. the hotel has interesting history and a lovely breakfast room. my room offered a nice view, which i appreciated.

The room's sink was in the main area with an old surround. There was no soap dish making it messy.

The hotel had a large car park for patrons, which i found helpful. the breakfast offered a great choice, meeting the needs of everyone. i appreciated the outdoor seating area overlooking the dee. It provided a relaxing space to have drinks. the staff were multi-tasking but remained in good spirits.

My room's door closer did not function properly, and the door would slam if i forgot to catch it. the door lock and handle also felt loose. i noticed mold from condensation on the windows, and this should be addressed. the fire escape signs were not clear. One even pointed at a guest room rather than the stairs.
