The location was GREAT. it was convenient for walking into the city center. the staff was very helpful and friendly. This.

The room was cold upon arrival. it took a few hours to reach a nice temperature even after i turned the heating up. the bathroom lock was hanging by a thread. That was a big issue.

the included breakfast featured delicious eggs benedict and a varied selection of cereals. the location allowed a quick walk into the city center, just fifteen minutes away, perfect for exploring local attractions.

the tv in the room did not function properly, although the staff attempted to assist with the issue. this was a minor inconvenience but impacted our ability to relax in the evenings.

the lodge is only a fifteen-minute stroll into the city center, very convenient. bus stops are adjacent to the hotel, with frequent service, every fifteen minutes, into the city.

There is plenty of seating outside for relaxation or dining alfresco. the bar was quite popular with locals and always seemed busy. I liked that. there is free parking available .

The room was nicely decorated. It had a lovely double shower bathroom. bedding was cotton and fresh. the smart tv allowed me to sign in and watch netflix as i would at home.

The room had tea and coffee making facilities. I found a well stocked bar at the hotel! Breakfast was a full English with continental options. It set me up for the day!

My room had noise from the bar. People were loud. The staff did not respond to my messages before arrival. The lady at checkout scowled at me. It was not cute.

I found the staff to be really friendly . The room was nice. There was free parking which I found helpful.

The mattress needs replaced. It was not very comfortable. I also found a razor on the floor, this was not very nice. The shower need a shelf.
