The check-in process was efficient. our superior double room was super clean and well kept. the hotel provided complimentary on-site parking. This was very convenient.

i check to find no amenities in the room at all. so i had to chase someone up for this. the next day they did not make up our room. i had to chase someone up for this again.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful , they ensured every detail was taken care of. the food was tasty and presented beautifully, especially the breakfast. i spent time in the beer garden , it had a relaxing atmosphere. the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful.
the hallways felt a bit narrow , they had squeaky floors , it felt a bit dated.
