I found the check-in process SO efficient! The room was very clean. Breakfast had PLENTY of options, and I especially liked the pastries. The staff were always ready to help.

The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in my room.

The breakfast included a nespresso MACHINE plus tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. I also enjoyed using the spa (it was a treat).

I noted the absence of a lift.

i loved the freebies in the room. It was a great surprise. i also, important to me. the staff were so friendly and helpful!!!

The room was a bit worn, with some stains on the carpet and a creaking bed. It definitely needs some tlc to be a 'premium' room.
