the streets leading to the hotel seemed a bit dark.

The staff seemed uptight about guests. they asked repeatedly if i was alone, online and in person. i seemed like they thought i was planning to break the rules. It was annoying and unnecessary.

squeaky bedearly noise
the bed squeaked loudly. with every slight movement, it made a terrible noise. i also noticed a lot of noise early sunday morning. it sounded like furniture was moved upstairs, quite disturbing.

I found the location handy for public transport, which simplified my travel. Cleaners came EVERYDAY and replenished the coffee and milk, a service i appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. This, they answered all my questions. I would consider staying again, because everything felt straightforward.
The bed squeaked badly every time I moved. It was Quite noisy. i didn't sleep well that night. The noise woke me up several times. It really needs fixing.

I found the rooms very clean. The beds were comfortable with tea, coffee, and sugar provided. I also had hot water for showers, a plus for me. Breakfast was also good.
My room lacked some storage, having only a bar with coat hangers and one shelf.
