I found my room very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and perfect. I also appreciated the helpful assistance from Jamie, a staff member were pretty good to ensure we had everything we needed .
I had some trouble getting a parking spot because there was an event at the hotel car park, which caused some inconvenience. It would have been helpful to have more parking spaces available during peak event times.

the breakfast was pretty sad. none of the tables were set completely, and bread bins were empty. i looked for bowls and plates, but they were nowhere to be seen. i had to ask for every single thing because nobody seemed to replenish anything, what a joke.

the wedding event was fantastic, especially with the excellent on-site event managers. all the staff, including bar, kitchen, serving, and cleaning teams, were warm. our room was very clean and fresh towels were provided daily, which i appreciated. the hotel was quiet, even late into the night, and provided great value.
The coffee machine dispensed coffee that was not of good quality. It looked unappealing

the reception staff displayed amazing attention to detail, really making me feel welcome. the room was very clean. i appreciated the restaurant and the food it served, everything tasted delicious!!!
the free parking i understood to be provided came with an unexpected charge. i received a parking charge notice for £100 after my stay, which caused additional stress. i hope the hotel can clarify parking procedures.

The room was spacious and even featured a nice lounge area. tea and coffee facilities were available. I found a fridge super handy too. the bed was comfy, i slept like a baby!
i could faintly hear taps running loudly from other rooms, it wasn't a major issue, though.
