parking was ample the staff was friendly.
the breakfast was just a continental option i found it pretty limited there were no cooked items available the tv was small and too far from the bed it was hard to see.

the building is lovely and full of character. i found the staff cute and helpful throughout my stay. my room offered a comfortable space with convenient amenities. the location was also convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
I found the breakfast selection somewhat limited. Additional options would improve this experience.

Victorian richness, amazing experience
cute staff convenient parking wonderful building
The building is a wonderful experience. The staff are very cute, and helpful. Lots of convenient parking spaces were available, always a PLUS.
The kettle had to be stood on the floor, this was not easy to access. All the sockets are at floor level, so my charger WOULDN'T fit.

The hotel enjoys a QUIET location with Prince of Wales Park across from it. It is just a walk downhill from Bingley 5 rise and Bingley.

clean hotel historic features helpful staff
The hotel was very clean I appreciated this a lot. The building had many features I enjoyed. Staff were friendly they were very helpful to me.
The mattress was thin it was not so comfortable.

musty odor bad wardrobe
the staff was friendly and helpful! the free parking was also convenient.
I booked a double room, but it smelled strongly of air freshener! underneath that, there was a musty odor. the wardrobe smelled even worse. I couldn't put my clothes in it.

i had a nice large room. it included both a bath and shower cubicle and the water was hot always. the hotel has a good location with free car parking. it was nice to stay in a hotel with character.
the hotel did not sell alcohol but i was allowed to take my own drinks into the bar.
