the food tasted fantastic, i must say. the room offered a large, comfy bed that ensured a restful night. the grounds had a lovely presentation with great care.

the wi-fi signal proved a little weak in certain areas of the building, it was annoying.

I found a lovely big room with a huge comfortable bed. The presence of both a bath and a separate shower was very convenient. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff was really good. They provided quick support whenever requested, which I really liked.

This was not what I expected. I hope they address this issue to align room descriptions with reality!

The room had a tea tray that was very well stocked each day. Fresh milk was provided in the fridge, I found this a nice touch.

I found no major issues , though the hotel could benefit from more staff during peak times. I sometimes had to wait longer than expected at reception and during breakfast. Additional staffing could improve guest experience overall.

The breakfast was wonderful, offering many choices and tasty preparations. staff was helpful, they ensured everything was perfect for everyone. the wedding decorations looked fine. Staff helped with both setup and cleanup after the wedding.

i noticed customer service at reception wasn't very cute and felt somewhat unfriendly.
