The hotel has GORGEOUS, clean rooms . The staff are VERY cute and helpful. They enhanced the experience. Canapés during the weekend were a taste sensation. They were so delicious and well-presented. The head chef deserves a Michelin star. Their food is AMAZING.

The shower was broken, so i had no hot water for a shower. I only had the hot water tap in the bath. The owner seemed defensive instead of apologetic, when i brought this to their attention. It was a HUGE inconvenience.

i loved the food, it was really good and the service felt personal. EVERYONE was very helpful and willing to assist with anything i needed. the small details like taking my coat when i arrived really stood out to me. i appreciated the really good food and fabulous service.

the staff are very cute it created a comfortable environment. dog biscuits and bowls were provided and a blanket was offered for our dog. the location is nice it allows for easy walks.

i noticed breakfast service felt somewhat lacking in options available for self-service yet ordered items were satisfying.

the room was clean, always a plus.

the shower didn't work, so i had no hot water for a shower (the bath tap did work though). the owner seemed a bit defensive when i mentioned it, saying no one else had complained. i also noticed someone else's bar tab was added to my bill.
