the welcome basket included thoughtful snacks. fresh milk was a nice touch in the fridge. the ease of access was also appreciated, especially since it is in the city centre.

the bathroom had a strong smell of damp. there was also other maintenance issues. the bed WAS uncomfortable and caused a lack of sleep.

I had a return visit. I stayed in a bigger room this time. access to both the building and the room was easy due to codes i got via email. the room was clean. The windows were open when i arrived, which helped since it was a warm day (i appreciated that detail). i would like a better cooling fan provided, though.

The bathroom was quite small, and there was a noticeable drain smell. this smell was present when entering the building. my room was on the first floor, on the right side when walking up the stairs. It was slightly unpleasant.

The room provided standard facilities with a clean decor. The windows overlook the pleasant park. this location makes for a quiet atmosphere, though it still remains close to the city centre. a deep bath enhances the feeling of luxury.

The kitchen area includes a good-sized fridge with a freezer. i saw a dishwasher. This could be very useful for longer stays. several boxes of cereals and snacks were provided in the room upon arrival.

The location is near the train station. The bus station is only a short walk away. a lovely park is situated in front of the building. It is suitable for relaxation. a coffee shop is conveniently located next door.

smells and small spaces

drain smelltight shower

that bathroom really stunk like drain cleaner mixed with something worse, you know? it hit you as soon as i walked in, not great. and for what they charge, i expected more room in the shower, i felt cramped. the building hallway had this weird, echoing sound at all hours and the soundproofing isn't the best. i am not entirely sure i would come again.
