Luxury Doubles (Rooms 16, 17, 26 & 27) are spacious and include a super king-sized bed, a TV, a desk, additional seating, and an ensuite shower room. The Suite, created from a classic Georgian drawing room, features high ceilings and separate sitting and bedroom areas. It includes two flat screen TVs, a free standing cast iron bath, a separate shower room, and tea and coffee facilities with an espresso machine. Each room has free Wi-Fi.

Breakfast is available from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday to Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturdays, and 8:30 AM on Sundays. The bar closes at 12 midnight during the week, 1:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 11:30 PM on Sundays. A selection of drinks and cask ales is available at the busy bar. The hotel offers table service for both diners and drinkers.

Lancaster Train Station is a 5-10 minute walk, and the bus station is a 2-minute walk. St Nicholas Arcades Car Park is suggested for parking. On-street parking is available on Church Street and New Street with one-hour stays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and free overnight parking from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
