low water pressure thin walls
I noticed a few issues . The shower in the bathroom lacked power. a step was necessary to enter the shower. This could pose a challenge for less mobile guests. The shower tray also seemed to be level. It did not allow water to drain effectively. The noise from adjacent rooms was quite noticeable. Thin walls seemed to amplify sounds from other guests.

really good cleanliness fantastic variety warm team
the team displayed utmost professionalism and warmth I found the room clean with well maintained facilities the breakfast included a fantastic variety of options and i thoroughly enjoyed the evening meal at the bar i definitely plan to return
i did notice the sound insulation could improve as i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms

the staff were friendly and helpful upon my arrival they remained attentive and available throughout my stay they provided quick service and promptly addressed every request ensuring a relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel.

the room had amenities like tea and coffee making facilities including some biscuits the space had a comfortable bed with satisfactory pillows also there were fresh towels it reminded me of a welcome change compared to other hotels.

the location is central close to major attractions i had no trouble accessing the train station i found convenient parking close the hotel offers an easy experience especially for visitors without a car.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
clean room tidy room poor insulation significant noise
The room was reasonably clean and tidy enough for a short stay.
The noise insulation was poor I could hear significant noise from other rooms and outside the building it really disrupted my sleep and overall experience in the room.

The location was CENTRAL. The staff was friendly.
The bathroom looked TIRED. The finish with the tiles was poor. The hot tap in the wash basin was instantly scolding HOT. It felt quite dangerous

spacious room comfortable bed clean room easy location
The room was quite spacious and the bed was so comfortable. i liked that it was very clean. the shower pressure was fantastic. It made mornings so much better. breakfast was delicious. the location made getting around easy.

the room was a good size and very quiet. i got a free upgrade, fortunate.
the mattress in the room was hard and lumpy. i did not sleep well at all that was not expected in a hotel of this rating.
