the staff were friendly. the room location was acceptable.
I had to pay an extra ten pounds for parking. this wasn't mentioned when i booked. the room felt quite worn. The bathroom floor was spongy and the shower wasn't great.

weak shower pressureinsufficient soundproofing
The bathroom felt quite outdated. I noticed insufficient soundproofing. Street noise disrupted sleep, especially during early morning hours.
the location was convenient. it allowed easy access to various points of interest. the room featured tea and coffee facilities. this allowed for convenient beverage preparation.
i noticed extra charges for parking. i found the bathroom to be somewhat tired. the shower pressure was not ideal.

stale smelling bed linencheap pillows
the bed linen smelled stale. cheap pillows, and a stained duvet were disappointing. our room felt stuffy, and the fan offered little relief. the lack of an elevator made accessing the basement breakfast room, bar, and swimming pool difficult.
