Central Location, But a Few Issues

The hotel location worked alright because it's in the center.
The bathroom door could not shut. The catch did not even reach the frame. The hotel kitchen was totally closed for upgrades, so there was no food available.

This hotel? A total letdown. I booked a double room and they acted like they didn't have it. It wrecked my plans for the night. I work in hotels myself. I can't believe they handled it so badly. the deposit? It takes forever to get back. It is a total joke.

The hotel's central location proved very convenient. The train and bus stations are easily accessible, around a 4-minute walk. A well-known pub is about the same distance away. I found the room to be clean and reasonably well-equipped.
The pillows were a bit too soft for my preference.
