faulty socketsuncomfortable bed
The electrical sockets were a real problem. i had to call reception several times because they weren't working. something kept tripping the fuse. I think it was the tv in the end. the bed wasn't comfortable either. I struggled to get a good night's sleep.

inconsistent service and amenities

early closurelimited menu
the restaurant closed early. this closure left guests without a place to eat after being charged full price. although elliot arranged for the chef to feed us after showing website evidence of later hours, the menu was limited. a refund is warranted for the inconvenience considering the price paid for the rooms. the situation negatively impacted our family time.
