the location was good it was close to the beach and shops.

i could park the car just across the road and even see it from my room! the location was amazing (minutes from the harbor and seafront). the house felt quirky but so comfy and cute. emma was friendly.

The hotel looks dated from the outside. It needs a revamp.

The double room en suite was neat with tea, coffee, and a kettle. I found it very convenient. shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were all supplied, a lovely touch for someone traveling light. the room was big enough, bright, and airy.

the location is down the street opposite the spa theatre, so it is very easy to find. i took only a short walk to the spa and seafront for a lively evening stroll. it is close to the seaside and town centre, but still quiet at night.

the host put out breakfast cereals, milk, yoghurts, assorted drinks, and snacks that i could just help myself to (so refreshing!). there was free parking right outside. the hotel has an outdoor space available to guests.

emma provided helpful information regarding local dining and attractions she told us about. our room included tea and coffee making facilities which was useful. the location was great being close to both the beach and the town centre this made exploring easy. we had a perfect seaside holiday here.

the bathroom was quite small, made maneuvering a bit difficult.

The shower temperature was hard to regulate. It was constantly hot. paintwork on the radiators needed attention. cobwebs were present on the ceiling.

The general manager, Emma, was very kind. She provided useful details regarding local dining places. There was a communal lounge that provided drinks, snacks, and breakfast cereals. This was a lovely bonus and was replenished daily.

My room was on the first floor, so I walked through another room. To be honest, the room looked like a junk room. The room looked a little tired and needed some TLC around the frame works.
