premium room working air conditioning central location

pleasant staff evening train
the reception staff were very pleasant and cute. i stored my bags while waiting to get into the room. they also kindly held our bags before our evening train. it was very convenient.
the hotel didn't offer a clear queuing system at check-in, causing a little chaos.

The hotel is near main tourist spots but not on a very busy street. That was nice. I appreciated the amenities like the spa, the pool, and the happy hour. The tea, water, snacks, and coffee in the room were very useful.

The hotel has a lovely spa and a nice pool. i loved the snug bar area. It felt very cosy. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering superb service from start to finish.
the room was quite small and there was hardly any hanging space, a little disappointing.

well appointed gym attentive staff stable wifi
The hotel offered a well appointed gym, a pool, and two restaurants. i found the staff to be attentive. The service was genuinely excellent. the room i stayed in was furnished well and the wifi was mostly stable. i certainly look forward to a return visit.
my room was near a plant room, so our wall vibrated from 5am for a few hours, which caused a disruption. i hope they address this issue so future guests are not inconvenienced, even with the value considered, this room needs addressing.

the location was really convenient near many shops. i loved that the staff was friendly and helpful .
the room felt a bit dated and could use some updates. i found the bathroom not very clean upon arrival with some chipped woodwork.
