the reception staff were very pleasant and cute. i stored my bags while waiting to get into the room. they also kindly held our bags before our evening train. it was very convenient.

The hotel offered a well appointed gym, a pool, and two restaurants. i found the staff to be attentive. The service was genuinely excellent. the room i stayed in was furnished well and the wifi was mostly stable. i certainly look forward to a return visit.

my room was near a plant room, so our wall vibrated from 5am for a few hours, which caused a disruption. i hope they address this issue so future guests are not inconvenienced, even with the value considered, this room needs addressing.
