the service are bad. i was told upon checking in the room had no hot water between 12pm to 3pm. i find out we didn't have hot water in the morning or evening!

The room decor was beautiful. The bed was also very comfortable. it was nice to have a decent shower. i had a room with a balcony over the 18th hole. It was lovely.

The soundproofing is not adequate for corridor and roof noise. every door slams. This is a big issue. noisy workmen were drilling on one side of the building. the rooftop bar was audible through the ceiling of the third-floor bedrooms.
