the staff were very helpful. they assisted with storing our bags after checkout. the location was great. it was easy to walk to many attractions from the hotel.

The gym clock wasn't working. It had stopped some days ago.

the privilege room had a lovely note on the bed. it welcomed me to the hotel. it was a 10 minute walk to princess street. an event at dine was very nearby.

the stairs smelled bad, like humidity and mould.

Staff was friendly and helpful at check in. My room had essential amenities. The room had an iron. The hotel location offers a short walk to the city centre. I appreciated a comfy bed .

The hotel lacks onsite parking, so I used a public parking and paid extra.
