Fantastic Hotel Experience

The hotel rooms are clean and modern. The location suited my travel plans very well. The staff were available when i required support and the pool was great for a morning swim. I made use of the on-site parking which was very convenient.

Breakfast offered a wide range of choices, providing many options to suit different tastes. I noticed Magda was nice during breakfast and always ready to help. The hotel provided a good quality lunch.

The reception staff were friendly and they provided excellent customer service. The team ensured a smooth and quick check-in. Staff changed my original room without issues when i pointed out a damp floor.

The hotel's location offered convenient access to Grassmarket. The room I had was clean when I arrived and the bed provided comfort. The breakfast buffet included plenty of different options to select from and the pub's food was tasty too..

The wifi connection was quite poor. It kept disconnecting. The television responded very slowly to commands. The cost felt a little high considering what was provided.

The hotel's location provided easy access to Grassmarket and surrounding areas once I got oriented. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices. I found the live music to be a pleasant surprise, and the pool was a nice amenity.

The television was quite slow and laggy. The wi-fi connection was unreliable. It kept cutting in and out. I thought this was quite expensive for what was provided..
