"Mal ALWAYS shows up, staff are perfect (best customer service anywhere as a hospitality manager for 15 years), beds and pillows like Evan itself, decor stunning, vibe immaculate - this was a birthday treat and when we arrived we had an upgraded room, some drinks vouchers and a card (which is in my memory box now) 100/10 as always"
