amazing breakfast quiet atmosphere walk-in shower

the walk-in shower worked very well. breakfast was amazing (the pastries were delicious!). the entire place felt clean and quiet.

good bedding quality towels great location helpful staff

The room was super clean, and the quality of the bed and bedding was very good. Plenty of high-quality towels were available and shower gel and soap were provided. I found a great selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The location is excellent. It's only a minute to the tram and close to many bars and restaurants.

The reception staff was unfriendly.

The staff are very polite and helpful, attending to requests quickly and with a smile. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them.

Breakfast was excellent. I found a wide variety of options, including both hot and cold dishes, also fresh fruit. The dining room was clean and well-kept, and the service was attentive.

The hotel is in a central location, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The cliff lift is only 300 yards away. Shops and restaurants are also easily accessible via a short walk across the bridge.

comfortable bed good selection creaky floor early noise

the beds were very comfortable. the room had a good selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate (i enjoyed the hot chocolate a lot).

the floors were very creaky. you could feel people moving on the stairs and corridors, especially early in the morning.
