The welcome was so warm. It seemed like visiting family. i was offered tea upon arrival, a lovely personal touch. the staff were helpful and kind. i really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the personalized touches throughout the building.

the hill to get to the hotel might be a bit challenging for some.

Our beautiful double room was spacious and clean. there was plenty of wardrobe space. a huge tv was on the wall. i loved the bathroom products. They smelled divine.

i received a warm welcome and a cuppa on arrival. the staff was very helpful . the breakfast was really good with a good variety.

the street parking required a little searching for available spaces.

the location near peasholm park was great i liked having tea or coffee upon arrival it seemed like a nice touch the room was clean it had everything i needed the breakfast was tasty and the hosts were friendly too

i booked a beautiful double room but got a family room it was on the top floor and didnt feel beautiful at all there was no information about local amenities or fire procedures in the room the bed was uncomfortable as well

Lawrence, the host, was cute. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast options provided each morning. The hotel's location is very convenient, especially being close to amenities.

The street parking was occasionally a bit tricky to find, but i always managed.
