The staff was wonderfully friendly upon my arrival, and they addressed my questions immediately. The reception staff welcomed me warmly. Their clear explanations meant so much. I also found amazing value for the price charged! The room had a Dyson hair dryer and straighteners. The bed was comfy. I slept soundly each night. The restaurant was so very nice!

My neighbors were loud. I could hear them through the walls. The noise impacted my sleep, so a solution would be helpful.

The room was modern and spacious. The large bed featured crisp linen. I found the hot shower very good with plenty of towels.

The sink was separate from the bathroom. The hot water tap was in the hall, so it was inconvenient to get hot water in the early morning. The hotel lacked kettles in the rooms.

the room included gorgeous wood paneling i also found ghd straighteners and a dyson hairdryer available the diner was located just around the corner it served lovely food and offered excellent service there was a good choice on the menu too we had both dinner and breakfasts there.

bedside tables were quite low i thought there wasn't much storage space i wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than a few nights.

The room felt very spacious and stylish. I appreciated the large bed it was very comfortable. The streaming facilities worked very well. The diner food was excellent. I'd rate it a ten out of ten.

The air conditioning in the room was centrally controlled I could not adjust it lower myself.

design flaws hamper experience

poor room designinconvenient side tables

The room design was terrible. i couldn't find a convenient spot to put my suitcase since there wasn't a rack. This forced me to lift it onto the high bed. side tables weren't easily reachable. plus, the light switches had a timer. this place needs an occupational therapist to fix these issues.
