The room had a fridge, a VERY useful feature. The bathroom was a good size. This made getting ready MUCH easier. I appreciated the ample parking available at the hotel. The location was convenient, with good access to nearby attractions.

The gym lockers require a padlock, something i DID not have.

The breakfast buffet offered MANY choices, including options for different dietary needs. The bar offered a variety of drinks and had a accommodating atmosphere. The restaurant staff were helpful and attentive, WHICH i appreciated.

The reception staff were very friendly. They tried to answer all questions. One staff member, aaliya, was especially friendly and helpful, and THAT was appreciated. The staff ensured i was comfortable.

The staff was great. The pub was comfortable and served good food. the location worked well for my plans.

The room lacked character. It felt impersonal. also, i felt unsafe outside the hotel in the evening (i'm not sure what's happening with nearby hotels).

The gym offered updated equipment for a great workout. The staff demonstrated kindness and professionalism. They were always ready to help. The breakfast offered a wide assortment of tasty options (i especially liked the fresh fruit). I could easily walk to many attractions nearby.

The tv remote didn't work very well.
