helpful service sauna facility attentive staff

anthony at the bar provided amazing and helpful service i found him very accommodating the pool facilities include a sauna and hot tub i used both. the bar area suited families travelling with children i noted high quality food and drinks were served there. i found the staff attentive.

i noticed little space to hang clothes in the leisure area changing rooms i had to leave them in my bag.

the gym was spacious enough. i liked the water refill stations in the corridors. express check-out saved me time. the lift access via fob.

the air conditioning in my room was not working. reception quickly organized a fan for me. the bathroom needs an upgrade and the shower tray looked grotty. there was a high step into the shower.

clean layout worthwhile luxury swimming facilities

the double room had a clean layout it felt spacious. breakfast in bed cost an extra five pounds for the entire family a worthwhile luxury. the swimming area includes many facilities i found several options to choose from.

the hotel car park charged a daily fee i found this a bit unexpected.

The room had a fridge, a VERY useful feature. The bathroom was a good size. This made getting ready MUCH easier. I appreciated the ample parking available at the hotel. The location was convenient, with good access to nearby attractions.

The gym lockers require a padlock, something i DID not have.

The breakfast buffet offered MANY choices, including options for different dietary needs. The bar offered a variety of drinks and had a accommodating atmosphere. The restaurant staff were helpful and attentive, WHICH i appreciated.

The reception staff were very friendly. They tried to answer all questions. One staff member, aaliya, was especially friendly and helpful, and THAT was appreciated. The staff ensured i was comfortable.

The staff was great. The pub was comfortable and served good food. the location worked well for my plans.

The room lacked character. It felt impersonal. also, i felt unsafe outside the hotel in the evening (i'm not sure what's happening with nearby hotels).

Wonderful Stay in an Excellent Location

updated equipment great workout tasty option easy walk

The gym offered updated equipment for a great workout. The staff demonstrated kindness and professionalism. They were always ready to help. The breakfast offered a wide assortment of tasty options (i especially liked the fresh fruit). I could easily walk to many attractions nearby.

The tv remote didn't work very well.
