Blissful Escape and Nice Moments
dining facilities quality spa helpful staff patient service
The dining was wonderful with two restaurants available. The spa had high quality facilities. The pool facilities made me happy and I was able to use them easily. Louie greeted us, and he was patient and helpful.

The gym had many equipment pieces including free weights. The swimming pool area was ok but swim school had sectioned off some lanes. I saw that the health suite was kept very clean.

The location provided a peaceful and quiet setting. Gardens offered pleasant views. Though occasional aircraft noises occurred, the location remained mostly undisturbed. I was able to ignore it.

My stay included access to the gym and the pool area, I am grateful! The restaurant food was AMAZING!!! I had a very restful night's sleep. The bar food selection provided an excellent range of options.
The parking fee was unexpected. I think it should be included in the room price.

The hotel grounds included pleasant gardens, perfect for a relaxed walk. Proximity to local attractions and the airport made this spot very convenient. Car charging points were available and quite useful.

The beautiful king room had a very comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night. The shower and bath facilities were clean and well kept. The room also had complimentary water, I am grateful.

spacious family room tidy grounds warm cookies relaxing jacuzzi
the family room was spacious with a double bed and a double sofa bed the grounds was clean and tidy i received warm cookies on arrival i considered it a good touch the breakfast had a variety of fresh foods the staff topped up the food regularly.
i noticed missing tiles and damp areas on the walls of the spa it seemed to need some attention.
