fantastic spa beautiful gardens dedicated staff

i found the spa facilities fantastic. i appreciated the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. the staff responded well to feedback. they was great with their dedication to customer service. alivia in the spa gave me an amazing treatment, i think she is one of the best therapists i have come across (globally!).

I found that some areas had artificial scents that affected my allergies, even extending to the laundry detergent. This caused some discomfort .

breakfast offered more than enough food to last the entire day. light supper included delicious soup plus a cheese board. i also enjoyed tasty bread and a brownie, all exceeding my expectations.

beautiful grounds peaceful retreat well stocked bathroom fully booked limited equipment bottled options

the grounds were superb i found them quite beautiful the gardens were well maintained and offered a peaceful retreat i spent some time walking around the gardens it was very relaxing the room was super clean and cozy i appreciated the well stocked bathroom with ample toiletries i also liked that it included bathrobes and slippers the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay they made me feel welcome and attended to my needs efficiently

the spa treatments were fully booked this limited my ability to enjoy that amenity i was disappointed to find the gym somewhat small it had limited equipment options i think it would be better with more equipment i noticed the absence of beer on tap at the bar this was limiting as i prefer draft beer to bottled options

Excellent Stay!!!

warm welcome valet parking free soft drinks excellent breakfast

The staff greeted us with a warm welcome. They offered valet parking. The room was large and included free soft drinks. Breakfast was ABSOLUTELY excellent. The lounge area provided a comfortable space for reading.

I think they need to invest in another charging station. This investment should cater to plugin hybrids and EVs, since there are only two chargers currently.

The Michelin-starred dining room food was AMAZING!!! Greys restaurant offered really good dishes too. Breakfast included a great variety. I really enjoyed the high-quality ingredients and skilled preparation.

Our suite included great amenities. The bed was HUGE. I found ample hanging and shelf space. The bathroom provided nice products. It was useful to have no fiddly bottles of soap and shampoo.
