The reception staff were indeed professional. Room 230 was lovely. It was also clean. Lunch in the bar was excellent, and the staff were friendly again. Breakfast was just as pleasant. I appreciated the good variety.
I do not think residents should have to pay for parking, though the overnight parking was quite expensive.

I enjoyed a good breakfast with varied options. The lunch in the bar was excellent. It had a good variety too. The hotel also provided drinks vouchers, which i really liked. This made dining very convenient.

All the staff were friendly. They were also very cute. The reception staff were professional. They provided great service. The staff helped create a relaxing visit, offering assistance whenever needed and showing true dedication.

the staff offered efficient service. the room had blackout curtains and they worked very well. free toiletries were available and were a nice touch.
I did notice a small stain on the carpet in the hallway. Otherwise, everything was super clean.

the room was really great and super clean. the bed was comfy. the hotel location was good with a bus nearby for going into town. the staff provided lovely little extras like outdoor games and activity bags for kids, so thoughtful!
i would have preferred a walk in shower, the shower was over the bath.

Really good Service and Clean Environment

The hotel was very clean and well kept. I saw the staff were constantly working to keep it that way. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and quick to answer my questions! The food I had was delicious and nicely presented. The swimming pool and gym were clean. I found the leisure facilities well looked after.
I did not like the room temperature. The room was too warm. I think air conditioning should be fitted in every room.
