I found the room very tidy. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast included a fresh and hot service (especially the eggs!). I also liked the variety of options for dinner including vegetarian choices.

the location is convenient, with access to business areas. the bed in my room was very comfortable. the pub served very tasty food.

my allocated adjoining room was a major issue. this prevented me from sleeping soundly. i asked for a change, but nothing could be done. the room felt a bit tired. the hotel was quite noisy.

generous room size quiet room excellent gym facilities excellent food

the front desk staff were very nice upon my arrival the size of the bedroom was quite generous and the room remained quiet throughout the night i found the gym facilities excellent and well maintained i was happy to see a good selection of equipment was available i especially appreciated the cleanliness of the pub and grill i had an excellent experience there with amazing food and great service

the television did not allow phone connection for streaming services which was a minor inconvenience

very cold room automatic check-in

The gym was well equipped, which i appreciated.

The room felt very cold, even after i turned the heat on, i was disappointed. the automatic check-in didn't work, and i had to wait to speak with a staff member, annoying (especially after a long drive).
