The staff were helpful when i asked for extra pillows. They brought them up quickly.
the mattress dipped as soon as i got into bed, so i couldn't roll over (i really tried). other guests were noisy, banging doors, and loud in the corridors.

the location works fine for the newhampton arts centre. my room was tidy and the bed was ok. i liked that everything inside was great and close to everything i needed.

I found the staff consistently polite and helpful . The room was clean and the location offered easy access to town. I appreciated the convenient transport links (a bus stop was just outside the door).
The parking area had limited spaces, making it a bit difficult at times to find a spot.
