Really good Stay at the Hall

genuine care pleasant staff amazing job great massage

The staff showed genuine care for all guests. Ellie was pleasant, and the breakfast staff remembered preferences. Housekeeping did an amazing job refreshing the room daily. Carol in the spa provided a great massage. Lisa also was a great therapist.

the staff were pleasant and accommodating.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room i stayed in. There were visible stains on the curtains. the dinner service was quite poor. the hotel seems understaffed for the number of bookings they accept (it was a valentine's weekend stay, though).

clean room professional service

The staff remembered me by name . Rooms are spotlessly clean and very well appointed. I found the food to be superb and served very professionally.

The hotel allows dogs, and I prefer not to share a room with dogs due to a childhood incident.

helpful staff daily housekeeping algae buildup grime entrance

The breakfast staff remembered my preferences. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The housekeeping refreshed the room daily and they were the best I have experienced.

The outside of the hall had grime. The algae buildup was awful on the pavilion too. The grime on the entrance was my first impression and it wasn't great.
