the staff were friendly and helpful. our room service order arrived quickly with warm milk for our child. the restaurant offered many choices for dinner, i thought breakfast was quite good too.
I did notice that the soundproofing was not perfect. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The bedroom was spotlessly clean. I found the bed super comfy. Check in was lovely. The lady behind reception was so friendly.
I noticed the swimming pool needs attention. Some of the tiles are hanging off. Also rubber edging is loose. It's a shame the pool wasn't fully functional.

The room was okay.
Restaurant staff showed poor customer service during dinner. The food quality was not great. I found that the staff left me sitting without attention. I had expected much better service for the money I spent.
