I appreciated the spacious one-bedroom apartment. It had a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. the kitchen area was very functional, equipped with a large fridge, freezer, and microwave. helpful staff were always available to assist with any needs.

the room's heating system was not working, making the stay quite cold.

The location was amazing, i could easily walk to moor street station. the room had all cooking facilities i needed. This was very convenient. peter at reception was super accommodating and friendly. I felt welcome.

the room's tv had some issues initially, and staff needed to come fix it.

The location was easy to find. It was straightforward to get to the city center.

The room cleaning service were quite infrequent. I had to personally take out the trash and ask for new towels. This.
