the location was great , close to the motorway. the room was clean and a good size. there was a good range of breakfast items.
the receptionist was rude to me when i checked in after i said i already paid online. she did not believe me and i had to show her my email confirmation. even after that , she still didn't believe me and had to ask her manager.

The accessible bathroom in the double room was excellent. It had supportive grab rails and an easily accessible shower. I really like the hot breakfast. It featured several options and fresh ingredients, what a treat! The room size was a good size. I have no complains. I found friendly, helpful staff everywhere.
The sofa had some stains on it.

The hotel had ample parking spaces for all guests. I noticed a bar area that looked relaxed and cute. The rooms were lovely and quiet so I rested well. It was a good stay.

The hotel is conveniently placed near the motorway for easy access. A McDonald's is just across the street, very convenient. A barbecue restaurant is also located nearby. I found the location perfect.

The hot breakfast had a great range of options. I saw friendly, helpful staff kept the area clean. I noticed a machine dispensed coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Breakfast was very good.

The front-of-house staff were very friendly when I spoke with them. They were efficient at check-in and check-out. Everyone was happy to help and answer questions that arose. I really appreciated their service.
