good size great location cold room key card

i loved that the room was a good size. the location was also great, right next to the stadium!

the room was very cold! the key card also failed to work a few times. we were nervous about getting in late because of it.

convenient location city centre helpful staff poor cleanliness missing knob difficult shower

the location had convenient access to the city centre. bus stops were also close to the location. staff were helpful with directions for the bus route.

the cleanliness was disappointing. my room was noticeably dirty. the shower was missing its control knob.

good breakfast luggage storage

the breakfast was very good with many options available. the staff offered quick assistance with luggage storage before check-in , allowing me to explore the area sooner.

the television remote control had worn buttons , making some functions slightly difficult to access.
