the room was clean, and it offered great space. all staff was friendly and helpful to me. the hotel had a great location near the things i wanted to visit.
the breakfast wasn't included in my stay, i think it should have been. i consider breakfast not worth the money. the girl at reception was so slow when i checked in.

The room was super clean and felt brand new. Breakfast included an excellent waffle maker, so I could enjoy a fresh waffle. Occasionally, the waffle stuck. The hash browns were especially delicious. Dinner was tasty and I slept very well .
The air conditioning system was tricky to operate, resulting in a somewhat hot night.

The staff was attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. Roberto provided valuable help with our son's allergies, ensuring his dietary needs were met with care. This personalized attention enhanced our family stay.

The hotel features modern decor. The location is ideal for exploring nearby pottery factories. I found the availability of refillable pots for breakfast spreads very convenient, with access to Nutella and other options.
